He was able to help us solidify our food choices and add some fun food stations that really went over well with our guests.Don was very flexible with special menu requests, and even managed to include ‘smokies’ into our menu without it seeming out of place. We had over 400 people attend, and they still talk about how great it was to this day! The food added a lot to the atmosphere.We arrived at our hotel to find a wonderful basket of food prepared by Jolly Brothers. That extra step makes all the difference!”

Community Outreach
Jolly Brothers Catering, in conjunction with the City Parks and Recreation Department, Neighborhood and Outreach Services and Healthy Options for Teens, sponsors a teen culinary arts program: “Introduction to the Culinary Arts”.
The program is aimed at junior and senior high school students as a way of providing culinary arts and food management experience. No prior knowledge of the food industry is required. In fact, most students come into the program having a very limited education of food.
The curriculum includes an extensive introduction to local fruits and vegetables, cake making/decorating, bread making, canning, international recipes, table setting, etc.
This is more than a program about food. Our students learn discipline, structure, problem solving and teamwork. After 4 months, our students walk away with a sense of self-worth and achievement, not to mention a foundational knowledge of how to cook and cater.
